Return Process:

Please note the following guidelines for returns:
- Time Limit: We only accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. Any damage complaints reported after this period will not be entertained.
- Unboxing Video: For cases of wrong or missing orders, providing an unboxing video is mandatory.
- Damages:
- Damages Post-Delivery: Rawls Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any damages incurred to the product post-delivery.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds. However, in the event of damaged products, we provide the following options:
- Sending a replacement product, OR
- Issuing a credit note for future purchases.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:
- Prepaid Orders: A credit note/refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of cancellation.
- Shipped Orders: Cancellation requests are not accepted once the order has been dispatched. Our orders are typically shipped within 24-48 working hours.
