At Rawls Wellness Pvt. Ltd., we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. While we take meticulous care in packing and shipping your order.

Return Process:

To initiate a return request, kindly contact us via email at support@rawls.co.in or Call/WhatsApp us at +91 9582000040. Our dedicated team will respond to your query within 24-48 working hours and guide you through the return process.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  • Time Limit: We only accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. Any damage complaints reported after this period will not be entertained.
  • Unboxing Video: For cases of wrong or missing orders, providing an unboxing video is mandatory.
  • Damages: 
  • Damages Post-Delivery: Rawls Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any damages incurred to the product post-delivery.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds. However, in the event of damaged products, we provide the following options:

  • Sending a replacement product, OR
  • Issuing a credit note for future purchases.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:

  • Prepaid Orders: A credit note/refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of cancellation.
  • Shipped Orders: Cancellation requests are not accepted once the order has been dispatched. Our orders are typically shipped within 24-48 working hours.
